On this website
If you join the demo or timing email list, we keep your email address and anything else you type into the form, such as your race name. We use it only to send you what you asked for. Sign-ups are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. Reply to any message and ask, and we'll delete your details.
This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
For races that use Underway Registration
- Participant data belongs to the race director. We use it to run their event.
- We never email a race's participants about other events, and we don't build a shared runner database.
- Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor, and never touch our servers.
- The tourism report shows counts by postal area. It never shows names or contact details.
